Cancellation Policy

Any purchase can be cancelled within 12 hours from the purchase time.
In order to cancel a purchase, the buyer needs to send a mail to info@santiebs.com
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe wallet balance then, then refund will be instant post order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting PhonePe customer support team.
Once the order is customised on your consent, unfortunately you can't make any cancellation.

After placing an order, you can cancel the order within 12 hours of placing such order. You are not allowed to cancel the same after 12 hours of placing such order. However, I case Santiebs receives any requests for cancellation of any order beyond 12 hours, Santiebs reserves the right to accept or reject request for order for order cancellation for any reason. Registered user, you will be allowed to cancel the order by clicking ‘Cancel’ button on the website after you log in. Please note cancel button will be de-activated after the lapse of 12 hours.
Guest User, you will have to initiate the cancel procedure by writing an email to info@santiebs.in within 12 hours of placing such order.
As a part of usual business practice, if Santiebs receives a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing an order, Santiebs shall refund the entire amount.
As part of usual business practice, if the order has been processed/approved by Santiebs, Santiebs reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you.
With respect to refund of any payment, Santiebs will give necessary instructions to the payment gateway within 7 working days. It is pertinent to note that the payment gateways may take up to 14 days.
