You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once the order is customised on your consent, unfortunately you can't make any cancellation.
We ship to you the same product that are displayed here, and we do our best to display the colour of the products as accurately as possible. Sometimes, however, some colours may appear different on your system (be it a computer/laptop/tablet/phone) from the real colour. This could be due to lighting and/or limitations of digital photography. Such colour differences are not to be considered as a factor while comparing a requested and delivered product.
Buyer should never send back an item without our confirmation mail, otherwise no credit or replacement shall be given.
